Kindergarten
Lake Forest Park Kindergarten Supply List
2025-2026
The following supplies will be needed by all kindergartners at Lake Forest Park on the first day of school. Please buy the exact (if possible) items listed. An important component of the program is having the materials for learning in the right place at the right time. We ask parents to supplement the supplies provided by the school. Please note that all items, except backpacks and folders, are shared with the classroom community so there is no need to label those items with your child’s name.
- If the expense is a burden to you, please contact your child's teacher or the principal for other arrangements. Please bring what you can afford.
- If you cannot find the exact item listed, please DO NOT purchase a substitute item.
- Parents can help their children by providing these tools for learning:
- 1 Backpack (large enough to carry folder, lunchbox, and library books)
- 2 plastic folders, with pockets on the bottom ONLY, 12”x9” (no side pockets, please)
- 1 box of Crayola crayons (box of 24)
- 1 box of Crayola thick markers classic colors (box of 10)
- 1 pack of 3 Pink Pearl erasers
- 2 containers of baby wipes (NOT Clorox)
- 1 bottle of hand sanitizer with pump
- 1 bottle of liquid soap with pump

Grade 1
Lake Forest Park 1st Grade Supply List

The following supplies will be needed by all first graders at Lake Forest Park on the first day of school. Please buy the EXACT (if possible) items listed. An important component of the program is having the materials for learning in the right place at the right time. We ask parents to supplement the supplies provided by the school.

- If you cannot find the exact item listed, please DO NOT purchase a substitute item. It’s okay not to provide it if you can’t find the brand we asked for.
Parents can help their children by providing these tools for learning:
- Pencils, 2 packages of (12) wooden, #2 Dixon Ticonderoga
- 2 boxes of Crayola crayons (24 count)
- 1 pair child-sized Fiskars scissors, 5” pointed tips
- 2 folders with pockets on bottom ONLY, 12"x9" (plastic if possible)
- 5 LARGE glue sticks, Avery or Elmers brand (NO PURPLE)
- 1 backpack large enough to carry a folder and library books and lunch box
- 1 plastic school supply box - Measures 8-5/8"L x 5-3/4"W x 2-1/2" D
- 1 wired headphones for iPad use (no ear buds!)
- Water bottle with a straw
- Large Pencil Eraser (white color, hi-polymer, Example: Pentel brand)
- 1 Box of kleenex

The following supplies will be needed by all second graders at Lake Forest Park on the first day of school. Please buy the items (if possible) listed. An important component of the program is having the materials for learning in the right place at the right time. We ask parents to supplement the supplies provided by the school.

- 1 pair of child-sized scissors
- 2 pocket folders, preferably 9.5x12 size (Quantity: 2)
- 1 yellow highlighter, chisel tip
- 4 glue sticks
- 1 pencil box, plastic, (roughly 8x5x2)
- 2 boxes of facial tissue, regular size
- Wired headphones for Chromebook use (no earbuds)
- Watercolor paints (crayola oval)
- 4 Sharpies, black (2 fine, 2 ultra fine)
- 4 Black whiteboard markers, thin tip

- · 3 composition books, wide-ruled, 100 pages, sewn edge, 9 3⁄4 X 7 1⁄2” size

An important component of the program is having the materials for learning in the right place at the right time. We ask parents to supplement the supplies provided by the school.
- Orchestra students will also need 2 pencils to be kept in their instrument case.
- If the expense is a burden to you, please contact your child's teacher or the principal for other arrangements. Please bring what you can afford.
Parents can help their children by providing these tools for learning:
- 4 Mead Composition books (available at Office Depot)
- 3 dozen #2 pencils Dixon Ticonderoga

- Ruler with inches and centimeters
- 4 Sharpies, black (2 fine, 2 ultra fine)

- 1 pair of scissors with a sharp cutting edge – PLEASE LABEL
- 2 large box of Kleenex tissue
- 6 Expo dry-erase markers
- 1 box of Crayola markers (broadline)
- 4 LARGE glue sticks- Elmers or Avery brands preferred
- 1 pencil supply box or pouch
- 1 ream of 8 1⁄2 x 11 white multi-purpose
- 5 folders each a different color (no brads)
